Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a servo system which can be controlled to be accurately positioned at a high speed by using both a feed-forward control and a linear feedback control.
CONSTITUTION: A first memory area 21A stores data of optimum input time series for controlling in a shortest time. The data of the time series is used for a feed-forward control. A second memory area 21B stores data of optimum output time series. A linear feedback control system has an A/D converter 27, a subtracter 28, a correcting calculator 29 and the data in the area 21B, and the forward control is corrected with the data of the optimum input time series by the calculated result.
