Abstract:
To provide a de-stacker allowing for stable transfer without collapsing a plane configuration of a mass.SOLUTION: A de-stacker comprises clamp means that stacks masses, whose plurality of article-accommodated boxes are horizontally placed in a manner their side surfaces are mutually contacted so as to wholly assume a rectangular shape in plan, in plurality of stages and clamps four side surfaces of an uppermost-staged mass and suction means that commonly sucks upper surfaces of a plurality of boxes constituting the mass. The clamp means has a plurality of clamp members and an advancement/retraction mechanism for advancing/retracting the clamp members toward/from the four side surfaces of the mass. The suction means has a plurality of suction pats for commonly sucking the upper surfaces of the boxes of the mass and an elevation mechanism for ascending/descending the suction pats from/to the upper surfaces of the mass. In a state that the uppermost-staged mass is clamped at its four side surfaces by the clamp members and the upper surfaces of the boxes of the uppermost-staged mass are commonly sucked by the suction pats, the mass is transferred onto an unloading conveyor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
