Title:
DEAERATION APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3682431
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deaeration apparatus in which the deaeration operation and the exhaust operation in a gas-liquid separation tank are performed without using an expensive automatic three-way valve.
SOLUTION: A first check valve 44 is provided in a first passage 43 communicating with a liquid inlet 41 and a second check valve 46 is provided in a second passage 45 connected to the liquid inlet 41 in parallel to the 1st check valve 44. The tightly close gas-liquid separation tank 48 for separating a gas from a liquid is provided in the first passage 43 having the first check valve 44 and a flow control valve 47 communicating with the first check valve 44. One of suction and discharge ports 56 of a bi-directional liquid circulation pump 55 communicates with a liquid retaining part 51 of the gas-liquid separation tank 48 and another suction and discharge port 57 communicates with the second check valve 46. A third check valve 64 is provided in a third passage 63, through which another suction and discharge port 57 of the circulation pump 55 communicates with a liquid outlet 61. A stop valve 67 for an exhaust gas is provided in a passage 66 for the exhaust gas, through which a gas retaining part 53 of the gas-liquid separation tank 48 communicates with an exhaust gas outlet 65.
