Abstract:
To provide a device that automatically removes burrs from an injection-molded reinforcement protection cap.SOLUTION: The device includes a housing 10, in which a processing space 11 is included in the housing; a processing mechanism 63 is provided in the processing space; the processing mechanism includes a translation plate 34 that can be moved up and down; a supporting pillar 23 is provided on an upper end face of the translation plate; a screw thread 22 is provided on a surface of an outer circle of the supporting pillar; a surface of the screw thread is made of a matte material; a mounting plate 32 that can be moved left and right is provided on the upper end face of the translation plate; and a knife 31 is provided on a left end face of the mounting plate. The device automatically transports a material, processes burrs, realizes the whole process of taking out the material, and improves the processing efficiency of deburring, and can remove burrs on a screw and burrs at an outer edge of a protection cap at the same time, so as to guarantee the quality of the product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
