Abstract:
To remove only the burr formed in a part requiring deburring by preparing a deburring machining program based on determined tool data and XY dimensions of a workpiece obtained from a machining program.
A CPU 13 prepares a deburring machining program based on selected tool data 21 and XY dimensions of a workpiece obtained from a machining program 15. This deburring machining program is stored in a RAM 25. When the deburring machining program 15 is stored in the RAM 25, a proper tool selected and determined according to the debutting machining program read from the RAM 25 is taken out of a tool magazine changer 11 and is mounted on a deburring machine. After that, the tool is driven to remove the burr formed on the workpiece.
