Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a deburring device capable of deburring a workpiece without damaging its machined face.
CONSTITUTION: There are provided a spindle 7 having a passage at its axis, a table 3 for placing a workpiece 8, a rotary joint 9 communicated with the passage at the rear end part of the spindle 7, a deburring tool 6 mounted removably to the tip part of the spindle 7, and a table type tool storage part 4 for storing the deburring tools 6 removably in the aligned state. The spindle 7 is moved between the table 3 and the tool storage part 4 by triaxial feed-drive parts 5 orthogonal to each other to perform deburring tool removal and deburring work.
