Abstract:
To provide a deburring device which can efficiently deburr an outside face of a cylindrical workpiece with a small configuration.SOLUTION: A hollow cylindrical rotation body 20 receives a workpiece 1 from an air chuck and conveys the workpiece from a receiving position to a machining position. At the machining position, a drive roller 23 comes into contact with a cylindrical surface 2 of the workpiece 1 from the inside of the rotation body 20 and rotates the workpiece 1 with the axis line Ax1 as a rotation central axis by frictional force. An axis line Ax22 of a wheel brush 22 is provided at a higher position than an axis line Ax23 of the drive roller 23 with respect to the axis line Ax1 of the workpiece 1, and the brush 222 rotates at a higher speed than that of the drive roller 23. The brush 222 polishes the cylindrical surface 2 of the workpiece 1 in a state in which the workpiece 1 is pressed from the outside of the rotation body 20 to a contact surface 351 of the drive roller 23. The contact surface 351 of the drive roller 23 is formed on an outer periphery pf a flexible ring 35 having a higher frictional coefficient than that of the brush 222.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
