Abstract:
To provide a deck board for a vehicle, which is detachably placed in a luggage compartment at a rear part of a vehicle, the deck board being designed so as to allow a user to easily detach/attach the deck board from/to the luggage compartment by means of a simpler structure that has a better appearance and fewer components.SOLUTION: A deck board 40 is placed in a board accommodation area 20Z in a luggage compartment 13 of a vehicle 1, and a lock striker 22 is provided at a rear end of a floor surface 13M of the luggage compartment so as to protrude from the floor surface. The deck board 40 has a plate-like shape, is attachable to and detachable from the board accommodation area and, in the board accommodation area, is sandwiched by a restriction member that restricts lateral movement relative to the vehicle. In addition, on a bottom surface of the deck board, a guide portion (42) is provided, which guides longitudinal movement of the deck board relative to the vehicle by the lock striker when the deck board is detached from the board accommodation area and placed on the lock striker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
