Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the appearance of a useless inventory, and reduce distribution cost by providing a spring between a moving panel laid on a cylindrical body and a collar at the upper end of the cylindrical body, and selecting an insert element from a plurality of freely detachable insert elements having different length for the arrangement thereof in the cylindrical body.
SOLUTION: At the time of laying a deck insert 10 on a deck plate 20, the lower end of a support member 19 is inserted in the opening 21 of the deck plate 20 from the upper surface thereof, and forced downward. Then, the bulged piece 18 of the support member 19 passes the opening 21, thereby stopping the insertion of the support member 19. Consequently, a moving panel 18 strongly clamps the deck plate 20 with the support member 19. Then, a cylindrical body 15 is fixed and an insert element 11 is inserted in the hollow part of the cylindrical body 15 to the position of a stopper 13A. Also, at the time of directly placing concrete in space above the deck plate 20, a plurality of insert elements 11 of different length are prepared in advance and a short element 11 is used. Furthermore, an insert element of suitable length is used, whenever necessary for coping with concrete burial depth or the like to keep the required strength.
