Title:
DECK LIFTING-LOWERING TYPE DEVICE FOR DRILLING MARINE OIL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3754495
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deck lifting-lowering type device, in which the weight of leg sections and hydrodynamic resistance are reduced and which is used for drilling or outputting marine oil.
SOLUTION: A deck lifting-lowering type device for drilling marine oil contains a bulge 1 installed so as to be able to be moved between a floated place and an output place separated from water along bearing leg sections 2 by drive mechanisms 10, and the drive mechanisms 10 comprise at least two opposed sets. Each set is formed of a motor combined with the set of at least one reduction gear driving an output pinion interacting with opposed racks 16 mounted on the leg sections 2 through a shaft. Each rack 16 is set up extending over the length of the corresponding leg sections 2 required for moving the bulge 1 between the floated place and the output place, and the racks 16 contain means 20 controlling lowering up to the sea bottom or bearing structures 6 of each leg section 2.
