Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly call a driver's attention to put cargo in a state of not rolling on roller conveyors arranged on a deck of a van type truck so as to ensure safety by providing a door closure impeding means actuated interlocked with an elevating means at the time of lifting roller trays so as to impede closing of a door.
SOLUTION: At the time of cargo handling, a worker opens a rear door 32 of a deck 31 and operates a switch box 12 to lift roller trays of all roller conveyors 1 in lateral rows comprising front, middle and rear stages by an elevating means using compressed air. At the same time, compressed air is supplied to the cylinder side part of a pneumatic cylinder 42 to put a rod 43 of the penumatic cylinder 42 in a protruded state. In this state, unloading is performed, but during unloading, even if the worker tries to close the door 32 to start a truck by slight distance for some reason, the door 32 cannot be completely closed since the rod 43 is in the protruded state, which calls a driver' s attention to the lifted state of the roller trays 4.
