CONSTITUTION: In a pneumatic tire having groove sections 13 extending in zigzag practically continuously in the peripheral direction and land sections 14 divided by the groove sections 13 in the toroid-like crown section 10 or the tire, the side wall ridge line 12A of a zigzag outside angle section 12 in the land section 14 is cut off as far as the bottom of the groove in the depth direction to form an expanded section 15 for drain.
