This decorative member is equipped with a light accumulating sheet 12 laminated onto a base material 11, a light transmittable patterned film 13 laminated onto the light accumulating sheet 12, and a light transmittable top coating film 14 laminated onto the patterned film 13. In the light place, the light accumulating sheet 12 absorbs light energy. As a result, the light accumulating sheet 12 emits light at a high afterglow luminance. In the dark place, light can visually be recognized without being interrupted with patterns 13a. Thus, the patterns can visually be recognized at any dark and light place and time.
