Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a decoration board mounting device which permits easy exfoliation of a decoration board made of a synthetic resin from a metal plate when the top plate is to be disposed of, while it is unlikely to be exfoliated during the service.
CONSTITUTION: A decoration board 6 mode of a thermosetting synthetic resin is prepared by laminating a melamine resin decorative layer in tight contact with the surface of a core material consisting of a phenol resin layer, and a tight contact plate 13 is interposed between the rear surface of this decoration board 6 and the front surface of a metal plate 10 constituting a top plate 4, wherein the tight contact plate 13 consists of a plastic foaming body of soft nature such as acryl, polyurethane, etc., and is provided with a number of minute suction cups on either or both of the surface. Thereby the decoration board 6 and metal plate 10 are put in tight contact in such a way that they are not dislocated from each other. During normal service, the decoration board 6 is unlikely to be exfoliated from the surface of the metal plate 10. When the top plate is to be disposed of, the decoration board 6 is easily exfoliated from the tight contact plate 13.
