Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a composite pattern by using small decorative aggregate with simple operation and high productivity by placing the aggregate on a support sheet formed with a thin layer including concrete curing delay agent on a binder layer, heating and embedding the part.
CONSTITUTION: A binder layer 2 such as hot-melt adhesive is formed on a soft support 1, and thinly coated with concrete curing delay agent layer 3. After decorative aggregate 4 is placed on the delay agent layer, when it is heated to the temperature for sufficiently melting the binder layer, the aggregate is sunk by own weight in the binder layer. In this case, the aggregate is sunk by destroying the delay agent, sufficiently strongly held in contact with the binder, and not removed in the case of operation such as transporting or placing of the concrete.
