PURPOSE: To provide a decorative buried form sharply shortening the construction period and excellent in beautiful appearance at a very low cost.

CONSTITUTION: A decorative buried form 1 is provided with a decoration section 3 formed on the front side of a form main body 11, inner reinforcing bars 2 buried in the form main body 11, and structural reinforcing bars 4 located on the back side of the form main body 11 and formed integrally with the inner reinforcing bars 2, and it is manufactured in a factory. The decorative buried form 1 is mounted on a reception section 8 provided into a shelf shape on steel sheet piles 6 arranged in parallel, and the structural reinforcing bars 4 and the steel sheet piles 6 are connected by connecting members 52 to form timbering.
