PURPOSE: To make it possible transfer decorative foils in automatic and continuous mode by thermally transferring decorative foils on the front and rear side surfaces of concrete-made blocks.

CONSTITUTION: The front and rear side surfaces Ba of a concrete-made block main body B are roughened and the blocks are supplied to a carrier device in such a state that front and rear side surfaces Ba are vertical. A decorative foil-attached surface of a transfer sheet 30 to which a decorative foil 30a is attached, is placed in contact with one surface of a film-like sheet 30b. Then, each heat roller 41 is simultaneously pressed from the outside surface of the transfer sheet 30 so that the decorative foil 30a may be transferred onto the front and rear side surfaces of the block main body B. The block main body B, therefore, can have an appearance like a genuine natural stone.
