PURPOSE: To provide an economical circular-pipe decorative device capable of thermally transferring the pattern, etc., of a decorative film on the whole outer circumferential surface of a circular pipe or spirally without generating creases through one-time process.

CONSTITUTION: The axial center of rotation of a heat transfer roll 1 is crossed with a crossing angle variable to the axial center of rotation of a backing roll 2, a circular pipe 3 is intruded between the heat transfer roll 1 and the backing roll 2 at the angle of the half of the crossing angle, and a decorative film 4 is penetrated between the heat transfer roll 1 and the circular pipe 3 from an angle crossing at right angles with the axial center of rotation of the heat transfer roll 1. One of the heat transfer roll 1 and the backing roll 2 is used as a driving roll turning and carrying the circular pipe 3, thus thermally transferring a pattern spirally on the surface of the circular pipe 3 continuously and without generating creases.
