To provide a decorative film manufacturing method and a decorative film that can improve productivity.SOLUTION: In a decorative film manufacturing method, an uneven shape 111 is formed on a skin layer by pressing a laminated body 500 having a skin layer 110, a base material layer 120, an adhesive layer 130, and a release liner 140 in this order in a laminating direction, from the laminating direction.
