Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative flat plate having elaborate appearance shape as a raw material (cement composition) has excellent fluidity during manufacturing, having high compressive strength and excellent in abrasion resistance, freeze-thaw resistance and salt shielding property.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative flat plate consisting of a cured body of a cement composition containing cement, silica fume having BET specific surface area of 15 to 25 m/g, inorganic powder having 50% volume accumulative particle diameter of 0.8 to 5 μm, an aggregate having maximum particle diameter of 1.2 mm or less, a high performance water-reducing agent, an antifoam agent and water with percentage of the cement of 55 to 65 vol.%, percentage of the silica fume of 5 to 25 vol.% and percentage of the inorganic powder of 15 to 35 vol.% in 100 vol.% of total amount of the cement, the silica fume and the inorganic powder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
