To provide a decorative material having high interlayer adhesion, while not using an ink containing an organic solvent.SOLUTION: A decorative material includes: a base material 11; a printed layer 12 formed on one surface of the base material 11 by an ultraviolet-curable ink; a surface layer 14; and a primer layer 13 disposed between the surface on which the printed layer 12 of the base material 11 is formed and the surface layer 14, and coating 1 to 5 μm thick with a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
