To minimize a clearance between a frame and the edge part of a decorative panel with an uneven surface.

This decorative panel assembly is provided with the rectangular decorative panel 10 with unevenness formed on the front side surface 11, and the frame arranged along four edge parts of the decorative panel 10. A flat continuous inclined face 14 is formed at the front side part of the edge part of the decorative panel 10. The frame has a base part 21 extending along the rear side surface 12 of the edge part of the decorative panel 10; a covering part 23 covering the edge part of the decorative panel 10; and a claw part 24 projected from the tip edge of the covering part 23 to abut against the inclined face 14 of the decorative panel 10. The claw part 24 is formed in approximately triangular cross section, and its edge part 24x is formed as an abutting part against the inclined face 14 of the decorative panel 10. The abutting position of the claw part 24 against the inclined face 14, and the outer surface 24a of the claw part 24 are almost equal to or recede in the thickness direction from the deepest part position P1 of unevenness on the front side surface 11 of the decorative panel 10.
