Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide easily and surely a decorative sheet coated with a thick paint film which has a top coat layer of polyvinyl chloride as a base material for the decorative sheet on the surface.
CONSTITUTION: A pattern layer 2 is installed on the surface of a colored polyvinyl chloride film 1, and a transparent polyvinyl chloride film 3 is laminated overlappingly on the pattern layer 2. Embossed recessions installed on the surface of the transparent polyvinyl chloride film 3 are filled with colored paint. Moreover, a decorative sheet has a top coat layer 5, 15 micron or more in thickness, with a vehicle of an epoxy-curing type amine-modified acrylic resin soluble in alcohol.
