Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain three-dimensionally decorative effects and prevent the decorative part from becoming cracked and dropping from a sheet due to wear or impact by sequentially laminating a coloring layer, an expanding layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on a transparent support layer.
SOLUTION: This decorative sheet 10 with an unevenness is made up of a transparent support layer 1, and a coloring layer 2, an expanding layer 3 containing a heat-expanding microcapsule 4 and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 25 which are sequentially laminated on the support layer 1. The pressure- sensitive adhesive layer 5 has a release paper 6 on the opposite side to the coloring layer 2, and a clear layer 7 is provided on the surface of the support layer 1. The expanding layer 3 has the heat-expanding microcapsule 4 sealed and dispersed into a resin. The heat-expanding microcapsule 4 to be used as a foaming agent has an outer shell which, for example, is expandable at temperatures of 10-180°C and is made up of a vinylidene chloride.acrylonitrile copolymer as a material and also has isobutane internally.
