Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost decorative sheet and a method for manufacturing the sheet which make it possible to extremely efficiently manufacture a high grade decorative plate having hardness usable in a horizontal plane and wear resistance and excellent design.
SOLUTION: A print layer 2 and an anchor layer are arbitrarily provided on the front surface of a decorative base sheet 1. One or a plurality of layers are so laminated thereon that cured resin coating film layers 3, 3' containing ionizing radiation curable resin as main ingredient and having 5 to 14g/m2 of one layer of totally 12g/m2 or more, and further, a cured resin coating film layer 4 having ionizing radiation curable resin as a main ingredient and containing additive made of silicon or fluorine is so provided thereon as to become 3g/m2 or more, and the film thickness of the total sum of the coating film layers is 15g/m2 or more.
