Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet production method capable of stably and efficiently removing adhesive protruded from the vicinity of a joint part of edge materials.SOLUTION: There is provided a production method for a decorative sheet 1 in which an edge material 4 is bonded to a butt end surface 21 of a rectangular plate-shaped woody base material 2 via adhesive 3. The method includes: a process (1) of bonding, by using the adhesive 3, the edge material 4 to the butt end surface 21 located at adjacent two sides out of four sides on an outer edge of the woody base material 2, and substantially and orthogonally butting and joining end parts of adjacent edge materials in the vicinity of corner parts 23 of the woody base material; and a process (2) of blowing a granular material to the vicinity of a joint part S of adjacent edge material. Hardness of the granular material in the process (2) is higher than that of an adhesive solid but lower than that of the edge material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
