Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a decorative sheet having proper flexibility fitted to post- processing possessed by a vinyl chloride resin and excellent emboss reproducibility by using a material other than a vinyl chloride resin, and production method.
CONSTITUTION: A decorative sheet is obtained by providing an embossed sheet 3 composed of a resin containing polypropylene and a polyolefinic soft component on a base material sheet 1 composed of a resin containing polypropylene and a polyolefinic soft component. The molten resin containing polypropylene and the polyolefinic soft component is extruded on an embossed cooling roll to form the embossed sheet 3 and corona treatment is applied to at least one of the rear surface of the embossed sheet and the surface of the base material sheet 1 composed of the resin containing polypropylene and the polyolefinic soft component and an adhesive is applied to at least one of them and, after drying, both sheets are bonded by a hot pressure roll.
