In a decorative sheet 10 which comprises a decorative layer 1, a protective layer 2 formed on a front face of the decorative layer 1, and an adhesive layer 3 formed on a back face of the decorative layer 1, the decorative layer 1 comprises a thermo plastic resin and the protective layer 2 comprises a resin composition containing a non-crystalline polyester resin, and either one of the decorative layer 1 or protective layer 2 has a glass transition point of 20-60°C.
