In the decorative sheet having at least a pattern layer, an anchor coat layer made of a two-liquid curing type urethane resin, a polypropylene resin adhesive layer, a transparent polypropylene resin layer, and a surface protection layer in turn on a substrate made of a colored olefin resin, an embossment whose maximum depth from the surface is at least 120 m and not exceeding the total thickness of the decorative sheet is applied, and the polypropylene resin adhesive layer is made of a mixture which keeps a maleic acid-modified polypropylene resin and an ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer loaded with compatibilizing rubber.
