A decorative sheet 100 includes a transparent sheet layer 5 and a first bright part 1 formed on a reverse face of the transparent sheet, and the first bright part 1 has a first coloring layer 6 including a transparent layer 4 and a brilliant pigment, and the transparent layer 4 is one scattering and reflecting light.
