PURPOSE: To obtain a decorative sheet which is small in shrinkage at a time of molding and excellent in heat resistance, solvent resistance and peeling properties after molding a panel by shaping a propylene resin sheet into a necessary surface form or shape and using the same as the decorative sheet for patterning the surface of a concrete panel or the like.
CONSTITUTION: Rugged pattern 2 of e.g. natural stones are vacuum-molted on a polypropylene resin (PP) sheet 3. The PP sheet 3 is arranged in the inside of a formwork 1 and concrete is placed thereon. Demolding is performed after hardening and a decorative sheet 3 is peeled from the obtained concrete panel. In the case of forming the pattern of the resin sheet by vacuum molding or the like, PP resin is easily followed by the shape of the formwork. Wrinkles and cracks are hardly generated. Further the releasability from concrete is good and the patterned surface of the obtained concrete panel is prevented from being damaged.
