Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to set an appropriate cipher key.SOLUTION: An output unit 64 outputs a signal to an encryption device 20. A decryption unit 60, when inputting data encrypted by the encryption device 20, decrypts the data using a cypher key which is acquired according to whether or not a cipher key which can be acquired based on a first time which is obtained by adding a first delay time, assumed as a transmission delay with the encryption device 20, to an output time of the signal which is output from the output unit 64, is identical to a cypher key which can be acquired based on a second time which is obtained by adding a second delay time, which is assumed as a transmission delay with the encryption device 20 and which is longer than the first delay time, to the output time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
