PURPOSE: To realize an article, which favorably fits along a mold and the intersecting points of threads of which are three-dimensionally fixed by means of heat, resin or the like and consequently the formal stability in deep drawing is improved, by a method wherein multiaxially woven stuff is formed along the mold and some part or whole of the stuff is fixed by resin or adhesive.

CONSTITUTION: Various synthetic fiber threads made of nylon, polyester, polyolefin and the like are woven in as oblique threads running in one or two different directions from those of warp and weft in addition to the warp and weft so as to form multiaxially woven stuff or concretely tri-or quadr-axially woven stuff, preferably quadr-axially woven stuff along a forming mold. The forming is carried out by pressing, injection-molding or the like at normal temperature or under heat. The form of the stuff is heat-set or set by resin or adhesive. The amount of the resin or adhesive is set in response to the usage, which ranged from coating so thin as to hardly hold the original form of the stuff to matter so thick as to imbed the stuff in resin. By employing quadr- axially woven stuff, a product having no directional properties on strength can be obtained.
