Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a housing of front and rear end structures adapted to heat and sanitary managements by providing a conveyor door projectable from and retractable into the housing and a swinging door to be swung along the housing at front and rear ends of the housing.
SOLUTION: Material conveyed by a conveyor 1 is frozen by cooling air W supplied by a cooling unit 15. In the case of request for heat and sanitary managements, an inlet 20 and outlet 21 at front and rear ends of a housing 2 are closed to shut off communication between freezing chambers 5, 6 and the exterior. That is, when a handle 14 is rotated, a tiltable arm is stood via a gear box, a starting end roller 7 and a terminating end roller 8 of the conveyor 1 are stood and intruded into a cover 2c of the housing 2, and the conveyor 1 is retracted in the housing 2. And, a swinging door 23 is moved down to close the inlet 20 and outlet 21 of the housing 2.
