Abstract:

To provide a deflection prevention material, its manufacturing method and an FRP structure using the deflection prevention material capable of enhancing peeling off strength (adhesion strength) with an increase in an adhesion area.

The deflection prevention material comprises a core material 1; and a reinforcement member 2 comprising fiber reinforced plastic joined to the core material 1 so as to cover a side surface and an upper surface of the core material 1 and has a hat shape cross section having a leg adhesion part 3 outwardly enlarged with the reinforcement member 2. A second reinforcement member 5 positioned at an inner side of the reinforcement member 2 and comprising fiber reinforced plastic so as to the whole or a part of a lower surface from a lower side surface of the core material 1 to a lower surface is provided.
