The composition is incorporated with a liquid siloxane component (I) and the fine filler (II) having a hydrophobic surface, and the liquid siloxane component (I) has the viscosity of 5,000 mPa.s at 25°C, and the liquid siloxane component (I) is the ultra-high-molecular-weight organopolysiloxane resin containing the copolymerization reaction product with 100 pts.wt. polydiorganosiloxane (1) having one terminal silanol group and 40 Si atoms, 0-100 pts.wt. polydiorganosiloxane (2) having triorganosiloxane terminal group and 0.5-10 pts.wt. solid MQ resin (3) having the Mw of not more than 100,000 and the linear polydiorganosiloxane linker having the hydrolyzable group combined with silicon atom or the hydrogen atom combined with silicon.
