To obtain a silicone defoaming agent dispersion substance having stability which meets industrial requirements by making the substance contain a surface active main dispersing agent system and alcohol having a linear alkyl group in the defoaming agent dispersion substance containing silicone oil which is expressed by a specified formula.

A defoaming agent dispersion substance which can be used as a defoaming agent for a detergent and/or a cleaning agent etc., contains 5-40% of specified silicone oil, a mixture of silicone oil and paraffin oil or paraffin wax, and 0.3-15% of hydrophobic silicic acid and water. By making the substance contain a dispersing agent system consisting of a main dispersing agent system in which a surfactant exist and alcohol having a saturated or unsaturated branched or linear alkyl group, stability which meets industrial requirements is obtained. As a specified silicone oil, organosiloxane polymer which is expressed by an attached formula is used. In the formula, RI, RII are alkyl or aryl residue, x is 20-2000.
