PURPOSE: To enable cooling air flow to be adjusted according to the atmospheric temperature in a housing by sending efficiently cooling blast for cooling exothermic parts mounted in the housing according to sensed temperature in the housing.
CONSTITUTION: Temperature in a rotary drum 15 beings to rise in the start of running. Heat is radiated from the surface of the rotary drum 15 as the temperature rises to raise temperature inside a housing 22. A sensing means 21 provided in the housing 22 senses the temperature in the housing 22. Information from the sensing means 21 is sent to a control means 23 which judges whether or not preset temperature is reached to open a lid 20b provided on an outlet 20a by a switch means (for example solenoid) 24 if the said temperature is reached and close same if said temperature is not reached. Even in the case of closing the lid, the outlet 20a is not 100% closed, but necessary minimum cooling air is sent.
