To provide a unit with a condenser and a dehumidifier using it, capable of installing on a floor the dehumidifier which dispenses with draining by exhausting humidified air out of a room.

The dehumidifier 10 comprises a dehumidifying rotor 11 which is an adsorbing material, a dehumidifying passage 12 for exhausting air from a room via an adsorbing region of the rotor 11, an exhaust passage 14 for exhausting the air from the room via a regenerating region of the rotor 11, a heater 16 disposed at the upstream side of the rotor of the passage 14 to heat the air introduced to the regenerating region of the rotor 11, and dehumidifying side fans 13, 15 for supplying air to the passage 12 and the passage 14. In this case, a condenser 21 for condensing the moisture in high-humidity air, exhausted from the passage 14 and a unit 20 with the condenser having a tank 24 for storing the water condensed by the condenser 21, are combined with the dehumidifier 10.
