To provide a dehumidifying drier capable of efficiently performing dehumidifying and drying at a low cost without requiring any special heat source, suitable for the treatment and recycling of waste, applicable, without causing any problem, also to a matter to be dried which easily cause thermal deterioration, and formed in a simple structure to reduce the equipment cost.
This dehumidifying drier is provided with a first heat exchanging part 1 increasing the atmosphere A0 by the heat exchange thereof with the hot exhaust gas G1 of a combustor 4, a second heat exchanging part 2 removing water content by dew formation by decreasing the temperature of the heated hot air A1 by the heat exchange thereof with cooling water C, and a drying chamber 3 drying a dried matter M stored therein by leading the cooled dry air A2 therein.
