The material is constituted with 15-80 wt.% high water absorbing/moisture absorbing material having ≥30% difference between the moisture absorption R1 at 20°C and 60% RH and the moisture absorption R2 at 20°C and 97% RH and ≥300 wt.% and ≤8,000 wt.% fiber unit water absorption and 85-20 wt.% hydrophobic synthetic material.
