PURPOSE: To obtain the dehydrating solvent composition excellent in dehydrating performance by adding an alkoxyalkylamine shown by the specified general formula and the salt of at least one kind of org. acid selected from a specified group to dichlorofluoroethane.
CONSTITUTION: An alkoxyalkylamine such as 2-(2-ethylhexyloxy)ethylamine shown by the general formula R1-O-R2-NH2 (R1 is a 1-24C alkyl group, R2 is a 1-6C alkylene group, where the total number of carbons of the R1 and R2 is 6-30) and the salts (e.g. 2-(2-ethylhexyloxy)ethylamine caprate) with at least one kind of org. acid selected from a group consisting of aliphatic or aromatic carboxylic acids, alkylsulfuric acids, alkly or arylsulionic acid and mono or dialkylphosphoric acids are added to dichlorofluoroethane as a fluorine-based solvent excellent in dehydrating performance to obtain the dehydrating solvent composition excellent in dehydrating performance.
