To provide a dehydrating/drying device of a resin granule capable of obtaining a highly dry product at a sufficient yield by separating the resin granule from cooling water and dehydrating where the resin granule is taken out together with the cooling water from an apparatus for producing thermoplastic resin granule.
The dehydrating/drying device of the resin granule has such a constitution capable of taking out the highly dry resin granule that the device is equipped with a down-bent and grating-shaped dehydrating filter 2, a flat mouthed first nozzle 3a arranged upward of the center of a dehydrating filter and a second nozzle 3b arranged in parallel at a given distance behind the first nozzle keeping a given space upward of the terminal of the dehydrating filter, cooling water flowing over the dehydrating filter 2 is drained down from the dehydrating filter, and the resin granule is circulated floating in a space between the first nozzle and the second nozzle by an air flow blown from the first nozzle and residual water adhering to the resin granule is eliminated by dispersing a centrifugal force of the circulation, and so on.
