To provide a dehydration device which can deal with a plurality of different kinds of pallets, in efficient dehydration processing for such pallets, with high workability under a simple device configuration, and cleaning facilities using this dehydration device.

This dehydration device comprises the following components: a cover member encircling the side periphery of the used pallet 11 of a varying type employed in conveying a goods; a pallet conveyance means 19 for conveying the pallet 11 in a horizontal state; a pallet stoppage means 23 for stopping the pallet 11 in a preset position; a pallet position adjusting means 27 for adjusting the position of the stopped pallet 11 in a direction orthogonal to its conveying direction; a lifting means 47 which has a rotary table 46 on which the pallet 11 is loaded and supports the rotary table 46 rotatably and liftably; a fixing member 61 which is installed inside the cover member and also has a pair of reverse-stepped fitting parts 59, 60, 59a, and 60a for guiding the pallet 11 made to ascend by the lifting means 47 from both sides corresponding to the shape of the pallet 11; and a drive means 65 for rotating the pallet 11.
