Abstract:

To provide a dehydrator capable of enhancing the dehydration efficiency at a low production cost by using a means other than vapor, and to provide a dehydration system having the dehydrator.

The dehydration system P1 has the dehydrator A, an oil circulation system B and a sludge supplying system C, and is constituted in such a manner that oil is supplied into a screw shaft body part 42 of a screw shaft 40 in the dehydrator A while being circulated by the oil circulation system B. That is, the oil is supplied into the screw shaft body part 42 via a hole part disposed on a shaft part of the screw shaft body part 42. By supplying the heated oil into the screw shaft body part 42, it is made possible that the sludge is heated and the dehydration efficiency is enhanced.
