Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge moisture to the outside by means of a clearance between respective blade members by aligning the plurality of blade members, which are rotatably provided in an opening of a dewatering cylinder, along rotation of a screw.SOLUTION: In a configuration and a method for a dehydrator for a twin screw extruder, a plurality of rotatable blade members (31) overlap each other via clearances (40) in openings (32) on both sides of a dewatering cylinder (1), and moisture from a synthetic resin material (50) is removed via the clearances (40).
