Abstract:
To provide a delivery device of a hole inspection device, which makes it possible to inspect features of a hole, such as surface roughness and a shape, without setting an object having the hole as an inspection target to a measurement instrument.SOLUTION: A delivery device of a hole inspection device inspects a hole of an object, which is an inspection target, by inserting a probe into the hole in its center axis direction and includes: a fixture for attaching the hole inspection device; a movement mechanism for linearly reciprocating the hole inspection device together with the fixture; and a positioning jig for positioning the movement mechanism relative to the object in a manner to parallelize a movement direction of the fixture and the hole inspection device and the center axis direction of the hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
