The delivery device A1 for the stacked object for successively separating the stacked papers P stacked on a paper storage tray 1 from the paper positioned at a surface position one by one and delivering them to equipment 9 for business affairs includes: an electrostatic attraction belt 6 laid on a drive roller 7 and a driven roller 8 and covering a plurality of electrodes 28 with an insulation layer 29; an electrostatic attraction control circuit 30 connected to the plurality of electrodes 28 and performing the application of a voltage and shutting off of the applied voltage; an object paying out mechanism 11 for delivering the delivered paper Pa electrostatically attracted to the belt retaining surface 6a of the electrostatic attraction belt 6; and an electrostatic attraction belt action mechanism 10 for approaching or contacting the belt retaining surface 6a with the stacked papers P at attraction by adjusting the relative clearance of the belt retaining surface 6a and the stacked papers P and leaving the belt retaining surface 6a from the stacked papers P when delivered.
