To provide a delivery information system wherein a consignee can appoint the date and time for delivery of a load without generating a working load such as notification about home page of a delivery agent to the consignee and access of the consignee to the home page.

The generation of the working load can be prevented by providing a delivery information management server for transmitting an electronic mail, which requests the consignee to enter the date and time, to an electronic mail address of the consignee of the load, and forming a delivery information list recording the date and time of delivery, and for transmitting the delivery information list to a communication terminal when a request to read the delivery information list is sent from the communication terminal of the delivery agent.
