In the P2P type delivery system S, when content data corresponding to a new content is inputted to the delivery system, the content data is inputted with continuous serial number attached to a catalog record CTGR for retrieving the content data in the delivery system. When a disclosure message PUBmsg of the content is delivered, the message is delivered with the serial number, and in each node N, the catalog in each node N is autonomously updated with the serial number as a clue.
